I love messing around with my Holga. The best part is you can never really predict the end result! Here’s a couple of shots taken from the last roll (of film of course!). There must have been a problem with the winder (or camera operator) as this is what ended up on the frames. It’s hard to focus-you have to guess from the aperture setting how far to be from the subject and there’s no meter-so you have to do a bit of guesswork for poor lighting situations-or you can cheat and use a light meter (but that’s no fun!). The only peeve I have using this camera is that by the time it takes to get the film processed and sent back-I can’t seem to remember what I did (or didn’t do) to get the end result! So much fun!
