New Years Eve...A Great Night for a Wedding!

I had a busy night on New Years Eve! Cassie & Scott asked me to capture some fun shots for them for their NYE wedding at the South Thompson Inn. My instructions were simple; capture the fun of the evening without nothing to formal or posed. The day started late with an evening ceremony and reception, so it was a challenge to get good shots in low light and in the cold-brrr!. We did some very quick portraits outside and in the lobby before the wedding and then headed back outside for the evening ceremony. The mood was awesome and and everyone was in great spirits-no pun intended! Here’s some of my shots from the evening!

New Site, New Blog and...I won!

Welcome to my new website and Blog!  I've been working quite hard to get everything up and running...and there's still more to come-so please keep checking in!

So this is officially the first post...and I'd like to share some really great news!  Recently, I entered a series of images to a photo competition for Applied Arts Magazine based out of Toronto.

A little about Applied Arts Magazine...

I was very excited to hear that my series was selected as a winner in the Lifestyle category in the Applied Arts Magazine Community Awards!
